Introductory Class

Calling all new clients! Did you know that STOTT PILATES exercises will leave you looking toned, feeling revitalized, and moving with ease? Sign up today and start feeling invigorated, centered, and more balanced!

We are always accepting new clients and would love for you to join us in experiencing Pilates!  We offer Group Introductory Classes or private, semi-private, and trio Introductory classes.

GUIDELINES FOR REOPENING AND WHAT TO EXPECT

 

  • All V2 Max Plus Reformers will be placed in a staggered position to allow 6-8 feet of separation.
  • Class times will be reduced to 50 minutes to allow ample time for thorough cleaning and to allow one class to exit before the next class enters.
  • Please arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your class start time.
  • Classes will begin on the hour.
  • You are encouraged to wash your hands or use hand sanitizer before and after your class.
  • Mask will be worn by Instructors and staff. Please wear a mask upon arrival, to your equipment, and after your class.  You are not required to wear a mask while exercising.
  • Staff shall conduct hourly disinfection of high-touch surfaces, restrooms, cleaning bottles, and common areas.
  • If you have a fever, new or worsened cough, trouble breathing, new or worsening body aches, sore throat, and new loss of taste or smell please reschedule your class.
  • If you have had close contact with a person diagnosed with COVID-19 please wait 14 days before coming back to the studio.

Private Introductory Lessons available NOW so you can get started TODAY!

Private Introductory Lessons are available to anyone interested in beginning their Pilates experience now or when it's most convenient for their time frame.

During your Private Intro lesson, you will meet one on one with a STOTT Certified Pilates Instructor. Together, you will discuss past exercise history, any health concerns, and your fitness goals. You will then be introduced to the STOTT PILATES 5 basic Principles which will help you establish precision and control through all exercises and workout programs. You will also begin to learn Essential Pilates mat and reformer exercises as well as be introduced to the V2Max Reformer and the proper use and set up.  If your desire is to get into group classes, your introductory class will help you and the instructor decide which group class you would best be suited for.  If more private lessons are needed before entering into a group class, you and your instructor can determine a suitable number and schedule that fits your needs.

Premier Equipment Classes
Our Premier Equipment classes are designed to give you a complete workout using a variety of apparatus. In this class, you will get the benefits of the STOTT PILATES®V2Max reformer, its pulley system, tower, and mat; as well as the jump board, Stability Chair, TRX suspension trainer, and props.  This allows for a well rounded, invigorating workout full of variety and fun that will get you on your way to creating a long, streamlined, balanced body.
